Return & Refund Policy
GT Shop follows a 7 day return policy online subject to certain conditions as below.
Every return should contain the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, we request you to pack it in the original packaging along with the original invoice.
Damaged / Defective Product
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 7-Day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold on GT Shop.
While damaged or defective product are also covered under the 7-Day Return Policy; you can initiate a return under the 7 Day Return Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.
Product Specific Policies:
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.
I Have Created A Return Request. When Will The Product Be Picked Up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2-3 business days. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your account as 5-7 (five to seven) business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
